I ran Drive 10 earlier this evening and checked disk structure. The test came up "failure," but no info why, and Drive 10 won't let me (with present settings) do anything about the HD. Any ideas, anybody?
I got the same info from two other places--a friend, and another list. So, I had already run the Disk Utility, and everything came up roses. No problems at all. So, I would tentatively conclude that Drive 10 may misreport.
drive 10 does more comprehensive check than disk utility. if it were me and my drive10 said bad volume structure, i would boot and run drive 10 to repair from a seperate disk.
