Hello!
After upgrading to Tiger, I have been unable to duplex on our printer at work. The printer is a Minolta Dialta color laser, model CF3102. I have looked for updated printer drivers, but to no avail. I thought perhaps it was an application related issue, but I have tried to print in Mail as well and it won't duplex.
Has anyone encountered this duplex issue after upgrading? Just wondering if there was a fix or if it truely is related to the printer driver. Here is a picture of the printer dialog box for our printer features:
When you click on the drop down menu, the selection to turn the duplex on (left binding or top binding) is grayed out.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
