Hello Everyone,
I am trying to reinstall osx on my macbook and have run into a snag, the computer is having a hard time trying to access a file on the second dvd, a file that is part of garageband, and because of this keeps resetting back to trying to read the file.
I would have no problem unselecting garageband if I could restart the installer, but I am unable to get the computer to do as such. I have tried inserting the first dvd, but it always asks me for the second, even after reboots, there are no menu options that allow me to restart the installer either. I have also tried boot up keys, but have had no success getting the computer to recognize that I am hitting them.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
