ok, for some reason my dvd drive can't be read by DVD Player 3.2 or 3.1.1. Here's what it says:

B ByerlyRips Registered Feb 15, 2003 #3 Can the DVDs be accessed via the Finder? If so, you could try VLC as an alternative DVD player.
