DVD Studio Pro - Menu Creation Alternatives

Anybody aware of any software that allows the creation of menus that can be used with DVD Studio Pro? I've nearly mastered all asepcts of DVDSP, but as I'm not a PhotoShop expert, I'm having real problems with menus and layers...thanks for any recomendations....
 
Twister, Thanks for the reply. I did finally figure out Photoshop and the twisted concept of layers. I've just started to work with Motion Menu's.
 
I'm just learning DVD studio pro. I've got my first DVD almost done. It has an intro, menu screen with rollovers and movie clips playing in the background, transitions and i think it's pretty damn sweet for not using the program before.

Oh and Photoshop is sweet but i remember my first time using it. I was so confused.
