The simpliest way to prevent ground (earthing) loops is to power everything from the same plug-bar. Better yet, use a UPS (uninterruptable power supply). If any of your power cords don't have grounds (three-prong plugs), then make sure that the cords are properly inserted.

If your audio equipment is grounded, you should use balanced audio and preferably a common grounding point to avoid noise.
Using high quality cables may also be important if they're of some length.

Disconnect unused cables. Depending on the audio equipment, they may work like noise antennas and cause problems, especially if there are multiple grounding points.

Other equipment connected to the same ground may also introduce noise. Especially TVs and radios connected to a cable network. Disconnect them. If you can't solve the problem that way, disconnect your audio equiment from ground. The mass of the shielding in the equipment is adequate grounding for audio signals.
