It's still not easy to navigate through open windows in an app. It would be a big help if one could navigate through windows with the window-title bar.
Either by adding tabs of each open windows, or, more subtle, by clicking (could be command-clicking, but rather not) on the title on the window-title bar, which would give a list of all open windows, which you can select. Selecting puts that window in front.
Option-(command)-clicking the title would give you a list of all open windows, so even the ones in other apps.
OS 9 has the option to command-click on the window-title to show the path of a finder window. I find it a much bigger help to be able to navigate through open windows easily, rather then have to go to the Dock or the window-menu. Too much a hassle.
