My Sony camcorder model HDR-SR8E, 100GB, is full and, when connected to my macbook pro, it tries to download the lot without allowing partial downloads. There is insufficient storage in the mac, so the entire lot cannot be downloaded!
Can anyone suggest a means by which the footage on the camcorder can be downloaded in sections so they can be edited and saved in an external HDD?
