Ejecting top tray of two DVD drives G4 MDD?

Hi,

I've installed a Pioneer 110D (with help from this forum) into my G4 Dual MDD, running OS 10.4.3.

I cannot eject the tray for the top drive.

I set the jumper on the upper drive to SL (Slave ... I think) but the new drive, in the lower drive (which is working) was not labeled in any way. I left it where it was and it is working.

hold down option and push eject.
