Summary: aluminum PowerBook G4 with OSX 10.4.11. prints to a HP 4700 dn color laser via TCP/IP. No issues till lately.
Issue: When printing email from within mail.app the body of the email will be missing, however the header is there. This is intermediate.
Printer is in a Windows active directory on a print server, the Mac is connected via IP (Not through AD) with the correct HP driver. The driver and all the prefs have been deleted and or removed. Download driver from HP and reinstalled. Same driver version as before.
Multiple 4700 dn's throughout the company, others on Intel iMac's and MBP's print to the same type or model printer with no problem not to mention all of the PC users as well.
Printed normally a few times. Next day login after the system was shut down or asleep, the same print issue again.... header is intact, no email body.
I have tried to duplicate this with no success.
Please help, i'm stuck...
