I have a user who has 10.6.7 on a macbook pro, 3.06ghz intel core duo, running office 2008. When she sends an email to a vendor and embeds an image, the recipiant does not see the picture just sees "CID xxxxxxx" x=numbers & letters. The user can send it to me & I can see the image, and I can send an embedded graphic to the outside vendor. (I have office 08 as well). I have made sure that her Entourage is set to HTML. Any help is welcome!Thanks!
