Entourage and iTools problem

Sometimes, when I try to send an email from entourage via my iTools account, the smtp.mac.com server refuses to send my mail. This is the correct address for the smtp server. I use my itools username and password and it still has problems. Entourage uses the same iTools username and password ot collect mail from the iTools imap server. Has anyone else had these issues with Entourage? I know it is just Entourage, because Mail has no problem sendind the same message.

So if Mail sends the message properly, and Entourage barfs on it, does that indicate something to you? You said it yourself:

(Sorry, I really dislike MS products ). So why use Entourage at all? I've never used it, so I am not sure if it has nifty features...
