Entourage and syncing

I use Entourage at work and every 30 seconds or so a windows pops up in the corner of my screen. "Syncing inbox" or any number of other folders. It is very distracting and was wondering if there were any way to hide this window; I really don't care to see the syncing, i am content to know its happening
