OK, I'm new here and just found this forum struggling through Entourage problem. I just get the little logo window and then the error reporting window. I've tried the following:
- Pressing 'shift' when launching - no change
- Rebuilding database - database rebuilds successfully but still can't open Entourage
- Deleting the main identity folder and opening - no change
- Deleting 'Entourage Preferences' and the various 'com.microsoft.entourage.plist' files that were recommended in anther thread.
I'm out of idea's and can't re-install as am out of the country with no disc's.
Any idea's - please
