Entourage Duplicates inbox items

Hi there

Entourage keeps duplicating inbox items when synching with the server, but when using the web interface for exchange, it does not duplicate.

Is it a faulty identity or what is happening here?

What protocol are you using? POP or IMAP? If its POP it might be showing the local and server copies separately maybe?

Check you donlt literally have the account twice in Tools>accounts as well, I;ve doen that before.

Lastly, have you considered switching to Apple Mail? Its better than Entourage IMO, I switched about a year back and find things much easier. If you require Exchange integration, you are better of running PC office via Fusion or Parallels - the exchange integration on Mac versions of office has always been half-hearted at best.
