Entourage Error 17099

I am trying to mail out my newsletter on Entourage. I keep getting Error 17099--too many recipients. I have tried sending it out in smaller batches including one as small as 22 and it still won't do it. In the past it has allowed me to send it to as many as 200 recipients. I am using 2008.
PS: I have no problem sending other email. It seems that only my newsletter groups are problematic.

I deleted a message in my outbox that had a bad email address. Error went away.
