Entourage Error Message -17099

I tried to send an email to this address and I got this error message. I think this is the correct email address.

Anyway, I tried sending it using THUNDERBIRD, and it was successfull. How can I send this email to this kind of email address in Entourage 2004.

Make the address Alba sas <email address> instead of <Alba sas <email address>>. Entourage is expecting the email address between the first set of <> brackets.
