Entourage - limited # of signatures?

I have used the Signatures function in Outlook Express and Entourage as a quick way to insert blocks of text into an email (I provide email tech support).

With Entourage X, I am only able to see 5 signatures at a time in the drop-down list. I have many more than that.

Anyone else have this issue? Solutions?
