I have a CEO that is using Entourage, Tiger OS.
We are an MS exchange 2000 house, all updates and Service Packs installed.
Entourage is used for him to acces callendaring, client lists and other data features not found in Mail. We are using the MAPI protocal for him.
The problem , some email bounces. This is somewhat intermittant but important mail cannot bounce, therefore it is unacceptable. Is ther a reliability issue with Entourage that is not published or is there somethign else I can check?
OWA and Outlook clients have no isues. He can send the mails using either and they go thriugh, but being a mobile MAC user, thats what I need to make work.
I checked all my reverse DNS settings and everything is ok there too.
Any clues here would be appreciated. Offers to trash Entourage wont work. Hes the bossman. Thanks in advance.
