I'm using Entourage 2004,
Sometimes, the shortcut ability freezes now and then.
For instance, copy and paste, I would press the short cut combination, then I would recieve the flash from the "Edit" tool bar, but the action would not work. The clipboard is not full. I would close and open Entourage, but it would still not work.
Also
The "Reply" status for e-mail is not consistant sometimes. I may have replyed to an e-mail, but I won't recieve the "green arror" to indicate that I replyed. Eventhough I would see it in my sent items folder.
