I'm running 10.2.4 Tiger, which came installed on my Mac Mini G4. Entourage X just started to run slow, particularly when clicking from one message to the next in the preview pane...as if each message has some huge attachment that is causing the delay. I have tried rebuilding the database (option key upon launch) as well as running Disk Utility. The amount of saved messages is nothing unusual and I've had much, much more in the past without issue. This is the only app that is slow, and I've got a gig of RAM.
