EntourageX Printing emails goto HOLD state prt.Q stops

10.4.
printer HP3500n Color laser jet.
Imac 17inch.

Can send and receive emails okay but when I try to print an email message the print queue starts and then the StopSign comes up . The print job goes to a HOLD state and thats the end of it . Now nothing will print until the jobs , in hold state, are removed from the print queue .

I have rebuilt the database .
All other apps. print okay just entourage x -- print jobs get placed on hold --.
Any body else out there seen this ?
 
I am getting something like this but with every application. I get an error 536854447: unable to send print file to printer(canceled 0). I am looking for help also. With no luck. I am using an hp laserjet 5mp
