Epson Photo 900 OS-X driver

Just purchased an Epson Photo 900 printer (one of the new printers which will print directly onto CDs). The OS-X (10.2) drivers installed OK, but I can't find any option for changing the type of paper being used. It prints OK on matte photo paper, but on high-gloss paper it prints streaks and looks terrible. Haven't yet tried printing on CDs. Anyone out there know how to access a menu for choosing paper type for this printer?
 
The print dialog box has a pull down menu. Your selection of paper types is in there. I just can't remember which option it is under.
