I am using R1900 with my macbook pro (easy print) and I cannot figure out how to set a custom paper size. My paper is A3, but the picture I want to print should only print 21 cm x 30 cm. Anyone knows how to set that up?

You should be able to set your paper size within your File/Page Setup... dialog box. This tells the system the size of your edit canvas. You set your print paper within your File/Print... dialog box. Click the Copy & Pages popup menu to select the Paper Handling dialog box.
