Erase photos from Memory Stick without iPhoto: possible ?

Hello,

I'd like to get rid of iPhoto. All I need to do is to import photos and films from my Sony DSC-P51 (which I can do simply by drag&drop), and then erase them from the Memory Stick.

Up to now, I used iPhoto. Is there a way I can do this (import then all erase) without iPhoto ?

PS: Sony provided only MacOS 9 utility.

You will probably see your Stick as a regular disk. Just move the files in the finder.

Yep, but how about ERASING the files, which is my real problem (as I knew about drag/dropping to the Finder) ?

Plus, fbp, can't find Image Capture in Jaguar ... Can you tell me where it is ? Nothing in Utilities folder.

its in /applications

if you can just drag & drop in finder though trashing them should work fine.
