computer won't launch printer cannon mx300 and error 9672 pops. what should i do?

I hope this is what you need. Mac os x 10.5.7 2ghz intel core 2 duo, memory 2 gb 1067 mhz ddr3

Are you plugged in directly to the printer or using Airport? Have you installed all the latest CAnon printer drivers? Have you recently deleted your printer connection and tried to reconnect, thus getting the error?
