Error connecting to jhtml pages

HELP!!! Whenever I try to open a web page with the .jhtml extension, I receive the following error "A connection failure has occured". Can anyone help me overcome this. PLEASE HELP ME.
 
Give us a link, let us try it. I've gotten connection failures quite often, and not even with JHTML pages.
 
The link's located on the www.aa.com Web page. It's to the right of "Welcome to AA.com", is titled "login" and points to "/apps/utility/logInOut/LogoutMember.jhtml;jsessionid=L2EIZTFLQFKPREAJJNHSM42QBFFUWLTT?_DARGS=%2Fapps%2Fcommon%2Fincludes%2FutilityNav.jhtml"

I don't have any problems from my PC but can't connect with the MAC.

So what could be causing me not to connect? Any ideas?
