Hello, I'm having an issue with Finder under Tiger. Suddenly, for no understandable reason, Finder does not allow me to double-click to open folders. I have to right-click to do anything involving Finder icons. I started to think that it was just annoying, but now it is bothersome to have to right-click to mount disks, eject them, open up multi-tiered folders in Finder, etc.
Also, my eject button on my keyboard does not work anymore either and I don't think it is a power issue, as the rest of the keys work fine including the function keys mapped to sound control, Exposé, brightness, and the other functions.
What I have done to attempt to resolve the error is restart the system, delete the Finder preferences, relaunch the Finder, and try to kill and then relaunch the Finder in Terminal. I have not downloaded any new programs, modified any settings, it just happens that one day Finder does not work in this particular way.
I'm thinking it has to do with hardware, but how do I fix drivers and settings mapped to my mouse and keyboard? They work fine otherwise (I can single-click and double-click in applications and access special functions)...
