Excel 2008 Solver Problems

I need urgent help on this. If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate.

I downloaded the Excel 2008 Solver from Frontline Systems' website, but It's not working. I couldn't figure out how to fix these two problems I'm having:

1st - I'm selecting the cells I want to include on the target cell, or cells to change, or on constraints, then I click "Ok" but the input space continues empty. So I end up having to manually type all the cells I want. This is annoying.....

2nd - After defining the cells, constraints and everything, I click on "Solve", and on the results box I get the following message: "Error in model. Please verify that all cells and constraints are valid". Then I tried a simpler operation, one that could not possibly be mistaken, but I still got that message (so basically, the solver won't solve anything) I looked into the Frontline Systems' FAQ on their website and found out about that message, but I couldn't understand what is the solution for my problem (they say it is really a problem regarding one or two files, but they don't say how to fix it).

Does anyone know how to fix at least the second 2nd one? I have a few projects for college with deadlines, and they all rely on the solver....

This is not true. It will solve a properly defined problem. So far, all you have said is that Solver doesn't work. This means nothing. To get help, you must share a fully documented spreadsheet which includes a completely define problem--algorithm and constraints. Include the nature and typical values of inputs and the range of expected outputs.

I'm sending two screenshots.
I tried to upload the spreasheet but apparently it is not possible to post .xls files on the forum.

Also, read this, as it says that the problem I'm having is because my Solver.xla or Solver32.dll is the rong version, or something of the sort. But anyway, that doesn't say how to fix it: http://www.solver.com/suppstdmsgresult7.htm#Error%20in%20model

I can only guess what my friend from Brazil said. My guess is that he is saying that a picture of a spreadsheet is not proper documentation of your problem. If you don't have a clue what your spreadsheet is supposed to do, then how do you expect anyone else to figure it out?

The thing is, I already tried to use the solver with several different spreadsheets, I created new ones with simple operations, I tested on a few ones that my teacher made for the class, etc. It doesn't matter what operation I do, it is a problem with a file, a corrupted file, or something (at least that is what I understood after reading the FAQ by Frontline Systems)
I can't send the .xls file through the forum. If someone wants to look at one of my sheets, pm me with you email and I'll send it to you.

Pedro,
I've received your excel sheet, and I was able to run the solver without any issues. I even sent you the result, even though I believe additional constraints are required, as the expected production resulted in a negative value. Can you please confirm your Mac OS version, Excel version and solver version you tried? As it worked in my side, I believe the problem is at your instalation/configuration.

Follow the solver window - completed with success.

P.S.: You can upload XLS files to the forum, but you have to ZIP them first
