Exporting only one track from GarageBand to iTunes?

I'd like to export a podcast from GarageBand to iTunes but I'd like to do it one track at a time. Then I can put all the tracks in one playlist and burn a CD and I think I'll get markers or different sections on the CD. Then I can start listening to the CD half way through if I'd like. But short of making a different GB project for each section, I haven't been able to figure out how to export the GB tracks separately to iTunes. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Yes, you have to mute all but the track you want to export and do it one track at a time.
