I've set up a new email address and domain name with a hosting company as I have just created a new web site. As far as I'm aware I've set up the email account correctly.
If I send a test email to myself from my computer (Apple OSX Panther) running Apple's Mail software the mail arrives back soon after.
If I send a mail from a different Yahoo account the mail will not show up - and I can't seem to find the Junk Folder in the Apple Mail sofware.
If I check my email through BTYahoo via a browser the mail will show up in the Bulk (Junk) folder but won't show up at all in my Mac Mail folder.
It seems to be a problem with the Mac Mail software but I can't seem to find an answer in the Help section.
Hopefully this makes sense and somebody can help me as soon as possible.
