Fast User Switching Problem

I have this "issue" in Panther where every time I use fast user-switching my machine freezes up and has to be restarted. I'm on 7b68, with just the first disk installed. Any suggestions?

Try a clean reinstall? I haven't heard of the problem before and have used FUS myself in earlier builds (but not 7B68). Have you tried older builds, too? Did it happen before? Did you upgrade to 7B68 from an earlier build of Panther or from Jaguar (or both)?

I upgraded from Jaguar, should I try the 7b21 build (i hear it's pretty stable) or something?

I'd first try a clean install (Archive & Install) of 7B68 or 7B74.

Alright then, I'm backing up my stuff as we speak. I'll do a clean install of 68 'cause I don't wanna bother getting the new one.

Reinstalled it, problem solved. I didn't know you could do a reinstall without losing files, but glad I found out.
