The ownership of my home directory (/Users/my_username) changes based on which user is logged in. The user that is logged in always is the owner for all of the user home directories. I've looked at the /Users directory from the command line and using Get Info in the Finder. In both places, the user I'm logged in as shows up as the owner for all of the home directories. How can I fix this problem? has anyone else seen or heard of this?

Run it for each user and set all for Read/Write except for OTHER users. (Other is the third item in the list).
