Hi all,
My Mac Leopard access a linux file server over a LAN. The linux server handles users and group permissions on directories.
The issue:
When i paste a file into the linux share, i notice that the "Group" changed from "Sales" to "Myname". This cause other users not able to open or edit the file.
When i create a folder into that same directory, the folder gets the right policy (Sales as the Group, and Myname as the owner).
Any hint?
Thanks,
Seb
