Just wanted to know if anyone has tried Film Gimp, general thoughts and peformance versus on a Linux box. Is X11 emulating within OSX, or is X11 apps running as fast as Linux native? Not sure what's happening under the box. hehe.
I'm still downloading Gnome as we speak, but was wondering if KDE is a better experience. Enjoying the boards as a new member, nice community.
