Hi we recently updated our server to Mac OS X 10.4.4 (I think there's a newer one now!!) However all of our Final Cut Pro files which reside on an External Lacie have changed to Unix Exectuable files. I can't add a .proj as this didn't change it being recognised by Final Cut...
There's loads of work thats suddenly been corrupted, is there anything we can do to reverse this and make these files readable again?
BTW the version of Final Cut is 4.5, does this make a difference? I did a test and copied a file over then disconnected the drive and reconnected and it was fine, so it seems to be something to do with this recent update...
