I am using MAC OS 10.4.11
I can no longer find a file by going to FILE>FIND in the FINDER.
Recently I have been plagued by an anoying pop up window asking me if I wanted to connect to some remote network. This was happening mainly at start-up. I took a number of files out of the start-up folder thinking it would fix the problem. It didn't. Now I can't use "find file" and I cannot put the items back in the start-up folder.
Any thoughts??
