Hello
I recently purchase a Voicetracer 860 and when i plugg it on my iMac G5 under OS X 10.5.7, the finder freeze, I can't eject the voicetracer to.
I try to exclude Voicetracer from Spotlight process (read on a forum), or erase hidden files on voicetracer (read on an other one) but there was no more results to unfreeze finder.
Last, in order to track some information, I try to drag and drop one MP3 file from Voicetracer to mac with the "Console" application opened.
While the voicetracer is plugged in, finder is frozen but one message is writing each 30 seconds :
And nothing more ...
When I unplugg the voicetracer, the list of system messages is :
Some of them are produced by hard ejection, but, what about the others ?
So I use my old iMac Blue G3 OS X 10.4 to copy MP3 files from A,B,C,D folder to local network to my iMac G5. Rich solution, isn't it ? So, the Voicetracer is well formated, MP3 files well wroten and I can read them. It seems to be some changse on OS X, but what ??
Have you any ideas ?
(sorry for my basic english ...)
Best regards
Eric
