finder icon in the dock

i really wana change it i checked resoursces but i havnt found it does anyone know how to change the finder icon in the dock any ideas other than programs unless its a nessessity

Open the HIToolbox.rcsrc in a program like Iconographer, You'll see al the icons you ever wanted to change.

Path: System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/HIToolbox.framework/Version/A/Resources
