I have a major problem...

Everything was running fine until I tried to move some mp3s from the desktop tonight. Then, the Finder went ballistic on me on both of my harddrives. I can essentially only run safari and a few other programs in my dock.

I'm running 10.3.2. I loaded the OS on both hard drives, but get the same thing. Can't access folders or anything. Just shows the spinner and freezes. I have no idea what to do

I doubt it could be a problem caused by over-heating, but I'm going to shut down for an hour and see if anything changes.

Please help!

I can however access files via other ways, such as recent items, etc. So it's not hard drive failure. Should I just reinstall 10.3?

EDIT : Ok guess what it was : My iPod! It's done something else annoying before, but this is just crazy. I removed it from it's dock, and bam, my finder comes back. About four times before, it froze my clock, but it's never done this 0_o
