Fireworks NOT working on MIP Featured Dock!?

Anyone had Problems with Fireworks on jaguar? i had used it the other day, but since i changed the dock to the MIP featured version, it won't load! it begins to, then a Beachball appears, and then i get an icon of exclamation next to Fireworks's icon! (see Screenshot!)

i've noticed is this Dock Build (Pre c115) Exclamations on Chimera too, when it's been irresponsive (due to pasting in data to a form for example) ...And yet i hadn't seen this 'exclamation' in the c115 Dock!

Maybe i should revert back! :\

if anyone has changed their Dock (to the MIP featured version!), could they try launching Fireworks, and give me a little feedback?! i'd much appreciate it!

the exclamation means that the app no longer is where the alias on dock points to, locate the real app, and drag it to dock. What screenshot?
 
hmm... The Exclamation seems to point to an application, 'not responding'. i Left it loading for a while, and rather than being impatient, and Force Quitting it, it carried on hopping up and down, and the Fireworks Splash Screen Appeared! ...All, i guess is fine, Just that it takes a Minute or so to Load!? :(

...Dreamweaver is far quicker at loading, is this a General Judgement, or is something potentially wrong?!

I guess, the Post itself is rather 'worthless' in retrospect! hmm, Sorry!

Just tried it... No problems, and Fireworks booted within like 20 seconds..

I did get the yellow badge with the exclamation point... But, I get that with a lot of things, although everything loads just like it did in 10.1.5... , it just has an icon badge now.. that all...

For what its worth!!
