Firmware memory error - help

when My Mac starts I get the following error:
Invalid memory access at %SRR0: 000101cf %SRR1: 010cff6

Type reset-nvram
set-defaults
reset-all

if the problem persists, you may have a serious issue with your RAM chip. If you have two, pull one, or try to find a temp replacement.
