Does anyone know any good websites that teach you how to make animations using Flash? I have Flash MX and I have a few ideas that I want to bring to life. ::alien::

Also, is it possible for me to draw stuff in Illustrator or Photoshop and then import them to Flash, so I don't have to draw all my characters in Flash?

I would go through some of the tutorials that are inculded with Flash....


Yes, you can import stuff made in Illustrator And Photoshop. Go to File>Import.
 
1 thing on importing... I find it easier in illustrator to make my creation then export it as a swf, i do Illustrator layers to swf frames for better control in Flash. Also, it's good to plan out your designs before you export, because flash will start creating symbols and masks when you don't want them, such as with transparent Illustrator items. So you need to see that for yourself and understand the work flow.

As far as photoshop, export pngs and you can have alpha channels for your images, basically transparency like what you saw in Photoshop.
