flash mx trial wont start / Permissions issue

I have installed a flash mx trial but it wont start for me. (jpg attached)
I installed logged in as me and I get this error (i have admin priv)
I can log in under root and the program starts and runs, no drama

I be con-few-zed !!!!

Also in disk utility my privilege options are dulled out. I cant repair or verify my permissions (same when logged in as root, and when booted from CD)

Did you reinstall it?

many times i have tried to reinstall this
it still no go

Try installing while logged in as Root.

Click the Lock at the bottom of the window and enter your password.

Installed it as root and it works under root user but not as myself.

Did you try repairing the permissions after you installed from your account?

tried it all still get the same problem
