Flashing ?

Im running a G4 Quicksilver, I just installed Panther, downloaded updates and installed few Apps nothing too heavy, G4 runs ok at first now all I get is the Flashing ? at bootup.

Zapped the PRAM and booted from CD, ran Disk utils and the drive is not mounted, restarted a few times and I still get the Flashin ?.....can anyone shine some light on this for me.

Things to try

Disconnect anything from the machine, including the keyboard and mouse, except the monitor. See if it boots. If it does, start connecting one thing at a time and boot.

If this doesn't help, take out any add memory and try booting.
