Flat Panel iMac = All The Hype?

So do you guys think that all the hype was because of the flat panel imac that is in time or do you think there is another product that no one has any idea about?
 
To be totally honest, I think the majority of the hype is for the new iMac line. Which I'm sure will be VERY cool, but everyone else has blown it so out of proportion I'm afraid that it will be a bit of a let down for most of us.
 
i think there is more. but the new imac is the only thing so visually radical that time would devote coverage to it. or maybe, if this article really isn't set to see print till next week, this is just the teaser - it was allowed to leak. the rest of the article (if there is one) would have all the cooler stuff. maybe apple is making time attend the keynote like everybody else to get the rest of the scoop. and maybe i don't know anymore than anyone else as usual.:D
 
I think maybe Ed is on to something. If it really is just an iMac, then Apple would have to know that they were setting themselves up for a let down. Furthermore, everyone has been screaming flat panel iMac for months, and to say "way beyond the rumor sites" would really be setting Apple, Steve more specifically, for one of those "we blew it this time" comments. Just my opinion though. I could care less what they release, I'm sure it will be cool regardless of what it is.
