Font Problem using PC:Word and MAc Word .x

Hello,

i have a problem using a Dokument on an MAc and on an PC. On the MAC the fonts are ok. But when I use this dokument on an PC than there is a font missing:Stone Sans ITC TT-semilia.

My Question is how it is possible to get this font to the PC's,so that the dokuments look similar.

or did anybody know another way to use this dokument, which was created on a Mac with the pc.

Find an application that converts Mac fonts to PC fonts. Otherwise, if you don't need to edit the documents have you considered converting them to PDF?
