force browser to report different OS

Hi All,

I wish to force my browser (Don't care which, safari/firefox/opera) to report my OS to a website (or rather webserver) as something other than OS X, namely XP.

This would be such that websites that take account of users' OS'es would present me the PC options rather than the MAC options.

Is this possible? If so, how?

If you choose to use Firefox, install the User Agent Extension. This provides an easy way to modify the reporting of your browser and OS through the browser.
