Forgot Administrators Password!! Now What Do I Do?!!

This Is My First Time Working On A Mac And Im Not Sure If Theres Any Way To Get Into "safe Mode" While Booting Like In Pc's

Im Looked Out Of The Administrators Account And I Have No Idea What To Do!!! Im Sure Theres Away To Solve My Problem......

Can Anyone Help Me Out?!!?

Boot from a System CD (holding "C" while startup) and choose "Reset Password" either from the Apple or the Utilities Menu (depending on your System version, 10.3 or 10.4).

Doing so you can set a new password for any given account.
