Freeserve question, please help!!

Hi

I have a friend with this problem.

She tried connecting to internet last night, It gets as far as authenticating
and then an error message appears saying:

Remote Server not responding, go to Control Panels and check settings.

She uses an iMac running Mac OS9 and I have checked both Remote Access and TCP/IP settings and all are correct as per the information on the Freeserve website, nothing has been changed from before, when she could connect no problem.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
 
Is it still acting up, now? it might be fine this afternoon.

I've had this before when I ran OS 9. It might be that they're having some problems.

Go to another computer with a connection and check out their web site and see if they have an service provision problems...
